Ms. Paige Kovalchik is an Associate Attorney with The Kirby G. Smith Law Firm. Paige moved to Atlanta in 2017 and has experience in both criminal and civil litigation. She has worked at two U.S. Attorney’s Offices, private practice in San Diego, and provided extensive pro bono services through the Emory Law Volunteer Clinic for Veterans. Paige has always been passionate about helping people and advocating for the rights of others. She decided to pursue a career in employment law so she could make a positive impact on the lives of her clients.

Paige received her Bachelor's Degree from Seton Hill University in Greensburg, Pennsylvania. She was awarded

a full-tuition academic scholarship and studied Business Administration and Psychology. Paige played NCAA Division II softball, was a Head Resident Assistant, and was the president of Seton Hill’s chapter of the American Marketing Association. She also worked at a local law firm and studied abroad in the Dominican Republic.


In her spare time, Paige likes to play with her dog Pancake, exercise, read, and crochet hats for cancer patients.
