ALEXANDER KELLY

Mr. Alexander Kelly is a Senior Associate Attorney working in our North Carolina division. Inevitably, the lawyer-client relationship arises at a pivotal and often trying point in the client’s life. That moment will bring fear, confusion, and painful uncertainty. Alexander brings an abiding belief that exceptional representation requires recognition of this truth, empathy for each client, and personalized counsel throughout.

Since joining The Kirby G. Smith Law Firm, Alexander has counseled hundreds of individuals regarding their legal rights as an employee. He has experience with each
Federal District in North Carolina, the 4th Circuit Court of Appeals, the North Carolina Court of Appeals, and the EEO/MSPB process for federal employees; he has also appeared in numerous counties throughout the State on behalf of his clients. In addition, Alexander has counseled small businesses to develop practices and policies addressing potential legal liability. In each case, Alexander’s goal is to put his client in the best position to succeed.
